Senior Associate - Tax Adviser
Yves H. Landheer, tax adviser, is working for the Investment Management practice group and member of the Tax Compliance Team. He is also a member of our Region Team France.
He specialises in IFRS-related tax issues and in tax compliance aspects of mostly real estate funds, multinational clients in the international tax practice as well as Dutch-based listed clients. He worked in the Paris office from 2000 to 2003. Yves has broad experience in property investment funds, in the private as well as the listed sector, notably Dutch fiscal investment institutions (FBI/REITs).
He was involved in the preparation of various fiscal opening balance sheets (for clients that were exempt or not subject to corporate income tax) as well as in the preceding discussions with the Dutch tax authorities, and in the introduction of a tax control framework.
