Robert Veenhoven specialises in (international) tax aspects of investment fund formation, management participations and deal structuring. He is actively involved in the Private Equity & Funds Team of Loyens & Loeff. He advises fund managers, in particular, active in the fields of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy, on fund formation, management participations and deal structuring. Robert represents both domestic and international clients in a wide range of high-end transactions.
