Roel Fluit co-heads our London office and focuses on corporate M&A and private equity work.
Roel practices Dutch law and has a focus on corporate M&A and private equity work. Roel represents corporates, private equity funds and other financial investor clients in their investments, add-ons, portfolio assistance (including governance and restructuring advice) and exit transactions. He is regularly involved in the most significant cross-border transactions.
Roel has more than 20 years of experience having worked in Amsterdam, New York and London. He co-heads our London office.
He lectures frequently and has published on a number of corporate law-related matters.
