During the past 10 years, Lien developed extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of private real estate law. She has particular experience in property law, with a focus on complex rights in rem structures. The scope of her work ranges from advice to litigation, including negotiations and the drafting of legal documentation. Lien is frequently involved in real estate transactions (both asset and share deals) and development projects, managing the deals from the initial offer to closing.

Lien is the author of numerous publications on private real estate matters and often gives presentations to clients or at highly regarded seminars.

Since 2018, Lien is focusing on the recent reform of property law, about which she has given various presentations.
