• Secretary
  Within the framework of the expansion of our activities, we seek for immediate hiring a secretary who can manage in an autonomous way the daily secretarial tasks for several lawyers and ensure the efficient handling of files, correspondence, document production, calendar management and contacts by telephone.

  Profile
  - Secondary education or a degree in secretarial work ;
  - Ideally you have gained professional experience in a similar administrative function preferably within a commercial law firm;
  - good knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  - For this position, you should demonstrate strong team spirit, sense of initiative, excellent coordination and organisational skills as well as a high degree of autonomy.
