Nicolas Wehrli, attorney at law, is a partner in our Zurich office. He advises clients on complex M&A, private equity and other significant corporate matters.
Nicolas has extensive experience advising clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, focusing on private M&A and private equity transactions, as well as international capital markets transactions, multi-jurisdictional restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters. He represents corporate and private equity clients across various industries with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure, healthcare and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he worked for leading Swiss and US law firms in Zurich and London and within legal services of professional services firms, most recently as Head of Transactions.
