Marine specialises in securities laws and capital markets regulation. She advises and represents clients including financial institutions, corporate and sovereign issuers on a wide range of matters including debt issuance programmes, consent solicitations and exchange offers, applications for listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admission to trading on the regulated market and the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and the ongoing obligations arising from such listings.

Marine also has experience in banking and finance law, advising banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors on various cross-border finance transactions, secured lending, including acquisition and real estate finance. Marine joined Loyens & Loeff in 2021.
