- a Big Four accountancy firm in a dispute revolving alleged mistakes in the audit of financial statements that were misleading because of significant overstatements due to an alleged widespread accounting fraud.
- representing a major European bank in collective action proceedings relating to the alleged manipulation of interest rate benchmarks at the Amsterdam court of appeal.
- acting for various clients in Dutch litigation on the lifting of (evidentiary) attachments levied in the Netherlands.
