Jessica is part of our commercial litigation team and advises and litigates on commercial contracts and liability matters. She represents and advises clients both in and out of court. She has great knowledge of private international law and ESG related topics.

Jessica is a board member of the Association of Young Litigators and regurlarly publishes articles in the field of ESG and private international law.

Recent matters that Jessica worked on include the representation of:
- a Big Four accountancy firm in a dispute revolving alleged mistakes in the audit of financial statements that were misleading because of significant overstatements due to an alleged widespread accounting fraud.
- a group of car dealers in various Dutch class actions against multiple claim organisations relating to diesel emission devices in cars
- a major European bank in collective action proceedings relating to the alleged manipulation of interest rate benchmarks at the Amsterdam court of appeal.
- an energy broker in a liability matter before the Utrecht court.
