Aude Van den Bussche is a medior associate in the Brussels office of Loyens & Loeff. She focuses on Belgian and EU public law, with a particular emphasis on public procurement matters and the infrastructure, energy, construction and industrial sectors. She advises sponsors, contractors and public authorities on a wide range of public law–related issues.
Aude advises on infrastructure projects and is involved in all stages of projects, from strategic advise, to structuring to contract drafting, negotiation and implementation.
She regularly advises sponsors, contractors and public authorities on public procurement and concession procedures, public‑private partnerships (PPPs), notably in complex infrastructure projects. Aude also has experience with international standards for construction contracts such as FIDIC contracts. In addition, she advises on matters of general public and administrative law.
Alongside her legal practice, Aude is a teaching assistant in EU institutional law at Saint‑Louis University, UCLouvain, in Brussels
