Anne specialises in the laws and regulations regarding the supervision of financial undertakings and financial markets. She advises a wide range of financial institutions, amongst others banks, trust offices, payment institutions, investment firms and issuers of securities. Her experience include assisting in license applications, advising on ongoing compliance matters with a focus on AML/CFT legislation, assisting in M&A transactions involving financial undertakings and capital market transactions.

In the first half of 2023, Anne was based in the Loyens & Loeff’s Zurich office. In 2025, she successfully completed the Postdoc in Financial Law at the Grotius Academy. In the beginning of 2026, Anne was seconded to a Dutch bank, where she focused on financial regulatory matters.
