Maurits’ practice focuses on corporate law in the energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on project development, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and joint ventures. He advises clients ranging from multinational companies to private equity firms, financing parties and institutional investors in offshore and onshore wind, solar, gas, hydrogen and infrastructure transactions.
