He delivers expert legal insights through memos, client alerts, web posts, presentations, publications and trainings. He actively contributes to tax policy discussions and regulatory developments coming from the OECD and EU, ensuring clients remain informed and prepared for upcoming changes. In addition, he provides technical support to tax advisers on specific international and EU tax matters arising from client work.

Alongside his professional activities, Juan Manuel serves as Deputy Director of the Amsterdam Centre for Tax Law (ACTL) at the University of Amsterdam, where he is also an Assistant Professor with teaching and research responsibilities. He holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands), an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (United States), a master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Austral (Argentina), and a bachelor’s degree in law (Summa Cum Laude) from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (Argentina). He is also a former Fulbright and IFA Latam Scholar.
