Eline specialises in Dutch corporate law and related notarial law, with a focus on multinationals and investors based in North America. Her work includes providing advice to listed and non-listed companies on all aspects of corporate governance, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Eline was seconded to the New York office in 2020 and is part of the Loyens & Loeff US Region Team.
