The transaction marks an important step in DPG Media's streaming strategy and will strengthen Videoland's offering through the addition of premium live sports rights and additional entertainment programming, including Formula 1, Premier League and PDC darts, further broadening the platform’s content offering for a wide Dutch audience.

Closing of the transaction remains subject to the required approvals from the relevant competition (and other regulatory) authorities and completion of the works council consultation procedure.
