The transaction marks an important step in DPG Media's streaming strategy and will strengthen Videoland's offering through the addition of premium live sports rights and additional entertainment programming, including Formula 1, Premier League and PDC darts, further broadening the platform’s content offering for a wide Dutch audience.

The transaction has received clearance from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), satisfying an important regulatory condition for completion.
