Our multidisciplinary Real Estate practice has been recognised in PropertyNL's annual survey of the leading real estate law firms in the Netherlands. According to the rankings published in the September edition of PropertyNL, the leading Dutch real estate magazine, Loyens & Loeff was ranked again among the country's top real estate legal practices across the key areas of transactions, financing, and development.

The PropertyNL survey also highlights several of our lawyers for their individual expertise within the sector. Congratulations to Lonne Rooseboom, Pauline Leegwater, and Bram Linnartz for their recognition in the transactions category, Kim Koops in financing, and Jurriaan van der Stok in development. We are also pleased to see Mila Plasmans recognised as an up-and-coming talent in the transactions category.
