Loyens & Loeff advised Bel Air Hotel Holdings S.A.R.L., a Luxembourg-based company having interest in operating hotels, on the disposal of Bel Air Den Haag Beheer B.V., a Netherlands-based company that owns and is engaged in the operation of the Marriott Hotel The Hague, to YTL Power International Berhad, a listed Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in infrastructure and other ventures. Bel Air Den Haag B.V. will become a subsidiary of YTL Power International.
