Following extensive debate, the draft bill on the fiscal stimulation of start-ups and scale-ups was published for public consultation on 1 April 2026. This draft bill provides the technical legislative implementation of the previously announced intention to make employee participation through shared option schemes more tax-efficient for innovative start-ups and scale-ups.
