Julien has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate law (civil law, rights in rem, construction law and leases) and has also particular experience public real estate law, advising clients on town-planning and environmental law issues.

This experience enables him to advise clients during all steps of a real estate development, including zoning, permits, soil issues, construction and leases. The scope of his work ranges from advice to litigation, including negotiations and the drafting of legal documentation.

Julien is also regularly involved in real estate transactions (both asset and share deals), managing the deals from the initial offer to closing, as well as important property developments.
