Jérôme Mullmaier is a counsel in the Investment Management practice of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg. He specialises in alternative funds structuring, with a special focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds. He also spends significant time on corporate law aspects arising out of private equity transactions and their financing.
Jérôme has worked for two years in Loyens & Loeff’s London office where he advised UK based clients on Luxembourg investment management related matters.
Jérôme is the author of several articles on regulatory aspects pertaining to alternative investment funds, especially in the private equity and debt funds spheres. He notably contributed to the writing of “The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive”, International Banking and Finance Law Series, Wolters Kluwer, 2015.
Jérôme is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and has been a member of the Paris Bar.
