Marco Loria, associate, is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on investment management and funds as well as data protection and professional secrecy questions with respect to fund structures.
Marco joined the Investment Management Practice Group of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in September 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Marco gained experience through several internships, including public structures (such as the Belgian Federal Parliament). Marco was also a member of the Loyens & Loeff Covid-19 Fund taskforce. Further, he is an active member of the Fund-GDPR team focusing on the review of data protection and professional secrecy clauses in the different fund documents and agreements related thereto.
