Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Guillaume practised in Brussels and New York at a major international law firm. He advised financial institutions, industrial groups, private investors and public sector clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A, financing and corporate restructurings. In New York, he was part of the firm's Latin America practice, advising Latin American clients on investments in the United States. Guillaume also served as a teaching assistant at KU Leuven, where he taught Belgian corporate law.
