Out of our New York office, Benjamin assists U.S. and Canadian asset managers on their European fundraising efforts.
He advises fund managers on all aspects of their activities, particularly focusing on the structuring, formation and operating of Luxembourg unregulated investment funds (including RAIFs and Luxembourg partnerships) and regulated investment funds (including Part II UCIs) and across various strategies and asset classes.
