Frank assists both private equity firms and corporates in a wide range of transactions and advises on corporate law matters across various sectors, focussing on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, management and leveraged buy-outs, and joint ventures. Over the past years, Frank has been involved in several high-profile domestic and international corporate transactions.
In addition to his corporate law expertise, Frank has also gained valuable experience in the field of finance when he advised financial institutions, investors, and corporates on a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions.
From March 2025 through June 2025, Frank was seconded to the firm's Zurich office.
