BPD neemt resterend belang Snippe Projecten van 50% in het Hyde Park Hoofddorp project over

BPD heeft overeenstemming bereikt met Snippe Projecten BV voor de overname van het 50% belang van Snippe Projecten in de joint venture van Hyde Park. BPD wordt daarmee 100% eigenaar van deze hoog stedelijke gebiedsontwikkeling in Hoofddorp. Financiële details worden niet bekend gemaakt. In 2020 nam BPD al een 50% belang in Hyde Park en gezamenlijk zijn inmiddels ruim 1.600 woningen tot ontwikkeling en in aanbouw gebracht. BPD zal de komende jaren nog circa 1.500 woningen ontwikkelen en Hyde Park voltooien.
