Located at Delftseplein, directly adjacent to Rotterdam Central Station, Tree House is a 130-metre mixed-use tower that will become a prominent addition to the Rotterdam skyline. With a total gross floor area of approximately 41,000 m², Tree House introduces a unique combination of uses within a single building in the heart of the Rotterdam Central District.
The new landmark accommodates a diverse mix of functions, including cultural facilities, hospitality, retail, residential and office space. The development comprises a total of 299 residential units across both the owner-occupied and rental sectors, as well as approximately 15,000 m² of flexible, high-quality office accommodation. Completion of the project is scheduled for the end of 2029.
Our real estate team advised Provast on the legal structuring of the Tree House development in Rotterdam, including the land acquisition, project financing, ownership and contractual framework, the subdivision into primary and secondary apartment rights, the establishment of security interests for various stakeholders, and comprehensive legal and tax advice in relation to all of these components.
The start of construction marks a significant new phase for the project, following our firm's earlier involvement of Tree House.
