The fundraise was oversubscribed and closed 40% above the €265 million raised for its predecessor fund. Mentha Fund VIII received support from longstanding investors as well as a number of new investors, further broadening and diversifying Mentha’s investor base.
Mentha Fund VIII will continue the investment firm’s strategy of partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams in the Benelux, Denmark and Germany. Mentha supports its portfolio companies in strengthening their strategy, leadership and organisations, and in accelerating growth through organic initiatives, buy-and-build strategies and international expansion.
