Loyens & Loeff advised Eurazeo Capital on the acquisition of DORC Group from Montagu

Loyens & Loeff advised Eurazeo Capital, a France-based, leading global investment company listed on Euronext Paris, on the acquisition of DORC (Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center) a Netherlands-based company which operates in the medical technology sector and designs, manufactures and distributes ophthalmic surgery equipment, from Montagu Private Equity, a European private equity firm with headquarters in London. Eurazeo Capital will invest close to 300M€ in this transaction. DORC will be the fifth investment of Eurazeo Capital IV. This investment perfectly fits the strategy presented during the 2018 Annual Results presentation.
