Index Ventures acquired a minority stake in GeoPhy B.V

We advised Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. on its successful issuance of USD 650 million aggregate principal amount of 7.700% senior secured notes due 2033.  

We advised First Sponsor Group Limited (First Sponsor) as Dutch tax counsel on its acquisition of a 33% interest, as part of a consortium of investors, in the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht hotel property.
