Eline specialises in Dutch corporate law and related notarial law, advising listed and non-listed companies on corporate governance, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Her practice centers on multinational corporations and North American investors with business interests across Europe. 

Her connection to New York is longstanding. Following a secondment to the office in 2020, she has remained closely involved with the firm's US activities through the US Region Team, working alongside colleagues across jurisdictions on complex cross-border matters. Earlier this year, Law.com recognised Eline as one of the European legal industry's 2026 Women Rising Stars, a distinction awarded to just 25 women under 40 across Europe. 

The New York office is the firm's bridge between North America and Europe. Working closely with our teams in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland, it supports multinational corporations, private equity sponsors and investors on European transactions, investments and strategic expansion. 

Together with Michiel, Eline will continue building on that platform, strengthening relationships with clients and referral firms while further expanding the firm's transatlantic Corporate / M&A practice.
