Charterhouse-backed Funecap Groupe acquires the Facultatieve Group

We assisted the Funecap Groupe, a France-based funeral services provider and a portfolio company of Charterhouse Capital Partners, with the Dutch tax structuring of the acquisition of the Facultatieve Group, a Dutch global market leader in the field of cremation equipment and environmental technology. The core team consisted of Imme Kam and Bamdad Ferdowsi.
