Skander's practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestments, strategic investments, corporate governance and project development.
He assists both strategic parties as well as financial parties such as infrastructure funds and private equity firms in both buy and sell side processes, including minority investments.
Skander has advised on several acquisitions of storage and transhipment terminals in and around the port of Rotterdam, buy and sell side solar transactions and a variety of corporate governance and structuring matters.
As from 1 September 2023, Skander is seconded to the New York office of Loyens & Loeff.
