Robert Fröger, attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. Robert specialises in EU law (regulated markets), competition law (merger control, antitrust and state aid) and corporate investigations. He gives advice on the application of competition rules, such as the cartel prohibition, the prohibition on abuse of dominance, the prohibition on state aid and merger control. Previously, he worked in the Corporate practice group and has experience in private equity transactions, management buyouts, (inter)national acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff N.V., Robert was a lecturer at Utrecht University and he continues to teach law as guest speaker. Robert is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
