Natalie is a member of the Loyens & Loeff International Tax Services Practice Group and she heads the Belgian Transfer Pricing Team.
Natalie’s practice focuses on corporate tax law and international tax law, including matters relating to domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing as well as holdings and financing structures. In addition to advising on and drafting legal documentation, tax opinions and tax rulings, she is also an experienced litigator.
Natalie is recognised as an expert in transfer pricing by renowned legal directories such as Legal 500 EMEA and ITR World Transfer Pricing. She also appears in the Women in Tax Leaders Guide, a publication of the International Tax Review.
Natalie has been registered at the Brussels Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) since 1997. She is also a former Teaching Assistant in Tax Law at Universiteit Antwerpen.
In addition to her Master’s Degree in Tax Law from Universiteit Antwerpen (Belgium, 1997), she holds a Law degree from KU Leuven (Belgium, 1996).
