The Netherlands Commercial Court
The Netherlands Commercial Court (and the Netherlands Commercial Court of Appeal (NCC(A)) aims to provide an efficient resolution to international business disputes. The NCC(A) is a chamber in the Amsterdam District Court. It was created on 1 January 2019, and all proceedings and judgements are in English. The NCC(A) rules of procedure combine the highly regarded Dutch court system with a flexible focus on global best practices.
