Thomas is an associate and a member of the International Tax and Transfer Pricing practice group in the Zurich office.
He focuses on Swiss and international taxation, cross-border tax planning, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, M&A as well as financing transactions.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Thomas worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Chair for Swiss and International Tax Law of the University of Zurich.
