Stijn Maijers, attorney-at-law, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group in our Amsterdam office.
Stijn specialises in corporate law, focusing on (national and international) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions. He advises both corporates and international private equity firms on a broad range of transactions and corporate matters across various sectors.
Prior to joining the Corporate/M&A practice group, Stijn was a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency team, where he advised and represented Dutch and international clients in high profile restructurings (including WHOAs) and insolvency proceedings.
