Moyenne Wessels, attorney at law, is a member of the Competition team within the Corporate / M&A expertise group in our Amsterdam office.
Moyenne specialises in European and Dutch competition law. She advises clients on competition law matters, including cartel prohibitions, abuse of dominance, state aid and merger control. Her additional areas of expertise include corporate investigations, foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and regulatory supervision by competition and healthcare authorities. She also specialises in (public) procurement law, providing strategic advice on in-house procurement, guiding clients through tender procedures, and advising on procurement litigation.
Before joining the Competition team, Moyenne was a member of the Banking & Finance expertise group, where she advised financial institutions, corporates and sponsors on a range of domestic and European financial regulatory matters.
Moyenne is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
