Megane Lindecker, senior associate, is a member of the Tax and Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on fund and deal structuring and international tax planning for Private Equity clients.

Megane joined Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in October 2017 and is currently based in our Luxembourg office. She was seconded to our New York office for two years (2022-2024).
She specialises in advising investment fund managers in structuring their funds and investment platforms, as part of the Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg's fully integrated Investment Management Team.
Megane also advises in international tax planning relating to reorganisation, mergers and acquisition, in particular with tax structuring and transactional work for private equity firms.
Megane was seconded to a US law firm in New York and an investment manager in Miami.
