Maëlle specialises in the regulatory and contractual aspects of the energy and infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on the energy transition. She advises clients on a broad range of energy-related matters, including regulatory frameworks and contractual arrangements for infrastructure and renewable energy projects. During her studies in South Africa, she contributed to research on the just energy transition, focusing on Zimbabwe’s energy legislative framework and its gender-related impacts. She has a strong interest in matters at the intersection of international and European human rights law and environmental law, which informs her approach to energy and infrastructure projects.
