Lennard Rooyer, attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group in our Amsterdam office.
Lennard specialises in corporate law, focusing on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He advises both corporates and international private equity firms on a broad range of transactions and corporate matters across various sectors.
Before joining the Corporate practice group, Lennard was a member of the Investment Management practice group, where he advised on the structuring and formation of investment funds. He acted both on behalf of managers in the formation of their alternative investment funds as well as on behalf of (institutional) investors assisting them with their investments in such alternative investment funds.
