Lennard specialises in corporate law, focusing on (national and international) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He advises both corporates and international private equity firms on a broad range of transactions and corporate matters across various sectors.
Before joining the Corporate practice group, Lennard was a member of the Investment Management practice group, where he advised on the structuring and formation of investment funds.
