Kas Hafkamp is a tax adviser based in the Amsterdam office of Loyens & Loeff. He focuses on Dutch and international transfer pricing matters and advises multinational groups and private equity-backed businesses on the tax aspects of cross-border operations and transactions.
Kas advises clients on a broad range of Dutch and international transfer pricing matters. His experience includes the pricing of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, mutual agreement procedures, bilateral advance pricing agreements and transfer pricing controversy matters.
He also advises on OECD transfer pricing issues, business restructurings, financial transactions, intellectual property arrangements, acquisitions and the implementation of international operating structures. Kas helps clients navigate complex transfer pricing and tax challenges in a cross-border environment.
