Juliane Hurter is a member of our cross-border Fund Formation team. She is currently seconded to our New York office, where her practice is focused on advising US asset managers accessing European investor markets through Luxembourg fund structures: AIFMs.

Juliane specialises in alternative investment funds structuring and Luxembourg registered funds (UCI Part II) targeting non-US High-Net-Worth individuals and retail investors. She also supports US fund managers with licensing applications relating to fund management structures.
Her work out of our NYC office helps ensuring a smooth application process with both US sponsors and the Luxembourg regulator. In this capacity, she is part of our EU Regulatory team.
