In that context, he frequently advises on complex questions related to data protection and cybersecurity, and implementation of compliance tracks regarding GDPR, NIS-2 and the AI act. His expertise includes assisting in legal and administrative proceedings, advising on ongoing compliance matters and drafting and assisting in M&A transactions. In addition, he has assisted clients as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or remained a point of contact for the in-house DPO to assist in complex data protection circumstances
