Jochem de Lange is an attorney-at-law in the Investment Management expertise group in our Amsterdam office, within the area of funds and private equity.
Jochem focuses on investment management, Dutch partnerships, corporate fund structures and AIFMD-related matters, specialising, in particular, in the civil, corporate and regulatory aspects of (international) fund formation.
Prior to joining the Investment Management expertise group, Jochem was part of the Corporate M&A expertise group, where he gained experience in (national and international) mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), joint ventures, management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions.
