Jitske Hoekstra, tax adviser, is a member of the International Tax Services practice group in our Amsterdam office. She focuses on Dutch and international tax matters and is a member of the Energy team.
Jitske specialises in Dutch and international tax law, with a focus on Dutch corporate income tax and Dutch dividend withholding tax. She advises both Dutch and foreign multinationals on a wide variety of topics, including the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings and mergers & acquisitions.
