He is also involved in the setting up and the business combinations of several Luxembourg SPACs.
Jérôme joined our Luxembourg team in 2022. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Jérôme acquired three years of experience in the field of Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets in a major law firm in Luxembourg.
