Christophe specialises in fund structuring and alternative funds such as hedge funds, including long/short equity funds, global macro funds, distressed funds, multi-strategy funds, event-driven funds, quantitative strategy funds, emerging market funds, fund of funds and commodity funds. He also has expertise in private equity funds, including leveraged buyout, venture capital and mezzanine, as well as new innovative fund products. He provides regulatory and compliance advice and representation in connection with CSSF proceedings for clients, such as investment advisors and managers, and institutional investors. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Christophe gained experience at a leading international law firm in Serbia.
