Vivat N.V., een in Nederland gevestigde verzekeringsmaatschappij, wordt overgenomen door Athora Holding Ltd., een in Bermuda gevestigde holding en een portefeuillebedrijf van Apollo Global Management LLC, een beursgenoteerde in de VS gevestigde wereldwijde beleggingsbeheerder en private equity-onderneming, van Anbang Group Holdings Co. Ltd., een in Hong Kong gevestigde investeringsholding.
