Loyens & Loeff adviseerde Medical Properties Trust bij de investering in de Priory Group als co-investeerder naast Waterland. Medical Properties Trust, Inc. ("MPT") (NYSE: MPW) is een sale and sale back transactie aangegaan voor een portefeuille van geselecteerde gedragsgezondheidsfaciliteiten van de toonaangevende Britse gedragsgezondheidsleverancier The Priory Group. De te betalen prijs voor de overname bedraagt in totaal £800 miljoen. In een verwante transactie verwierven filialen van Waterland Private Equity The Priory Group van Acadia Healthcare Inc. waar MPT optrad als mede-investeerder.
